Future interview questions

1. Screening interview with HR recruiter 2. Video interview with senior team member 3. Editing test 4. Video interview with manager ... No response, even after I reached out to the HR recruiter. Very poor practice to put someone through multiple steps (about 5 hours total) and not have the courtesy to say they weren't interested after all. Red flags.

A recruiter reached out to me to schedule an interview and we agreed on a Thursday morning and she never called. The next day she proceeds to call me and act like that was the day she was supposed to call me. The call went find and later that day she let me know I moved onto the next round. The next round was with a manager and she was very rude and just gave a blank stare and asked me questions that did not make any sense for the position. She asked several questions about things I don't have experience in/aren't required for the job. I did my best to answer them but she acted like I was an idiot. I ended up getting ghosted.
