Unfortunately they have a heavily automated system that they will use to put information into. The intent is to reduce any bias in the interview process, which I am sure it does on some level, but what it also does is remove the ability to connect with the interviewer, get a rhythm or any sort of comfortable feel.

Interview
Initial interview with the Recruiter followed by a technical interview. Interview was full of situational questions. We have to literally make up stories if you have not encountered that situation. Lack of pleasantness on the part of the interviewer. He just kept shooting questions rather than making it conversational. This made it harder to respond comfortably.
