Groupon Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Very quick and easy interview process. I only had one phone interview with the recruiter and one in-person interview with 2 managers (conducted with both manager at the same time). The questions were pretty standard- why I'm interested in Groupon and asking about my experience/background from past employment. Groupon did not call my references or conduct a background check, so I got the offer the day after my interview.

It was simple. They mostly wanted to make sure I was in the long haul and would not quit early on. They want to get a feel for how you will work in the environment and make sure you fit within the young hip culture. If you can do a keg stand they want to hire you.
