Groupon Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

it was a great interview process it was done via Skype, everyone was really laid back. the interview was not that long, maybe it took like an half hour if that. we talked about every day life it was not your average interview so it made it soooo much more better and made me not have that nervous feeling I usually have when ever I go to an interview.

There was at first a phone interview followed up by two in person interviews with separate CS managers. These were stacked within a 2 week period and the interviews happened the same day, one right after the other. There were multiple applicants also a part of this process and it was almost mechanic in the way that it was handled.
