Groupon Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Phone interview came first and it was fine, then went in on a Saturday for the real deal...except it felt more like a cattle call than an interview. And at 31, I knew the minute I walked in that I was WAY too old a heifer to make the grade - everyone else there looked closer to 24. The folks interviewing me were 27 at the oldest. I really felt pretty out of place and silly - walking out of there, I wasn't expecting to get an offer. The actual interview lasted around 2 hours - they brought a group of us in on a Saturday, and we each got interviewed by two different members of the management team. When that was done I kind of got left in room by myself for ten minutes, then the HR lady came and escorted me back to the elevator. So not bad, but not the best!
