Groupon Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

It was very easy and relaxed. The first step was a phone interview which I was invited for an in person interview. The first in person was more of a conversation and very calm. The second was more of a traditional interview with all the basic questions. I felt as long as you are motivated and driven that seemed to be what they were looming for.

The interview was very quick and they did not make anybody wait for the results. There were 4 rounds. First round was group discussion second was versant rounds third was f2f and fourth ward hr round
