I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ink (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jun 2014
Interview
Waste of time! The interview process took 2 months. They kept delaying and avoiding to give an answer. Kept saying they did not want to loose me from the recruitment process. Went to telephone interviews, face to face interview with the manager, project with possible clients, role play telephone, final interview.
Ink is not a reliable company. They brag a lot for no good reason. They do not know to keep their word and call you back when they say they will.
Prepare yourself to waste good time in your job search for a company who keeps lying.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ink (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2012
Interview
I went for the interview around 6 months ago.
There were two of us. Within a few minutes it was clear that this is not a place with a good working environment and the employees are respected and appreciated. I remember especially the balloon debate. Me and my interview partner had to choose which celebrity person we would like to be. Then we had to imagine that we are in a hot air balloon which is losing height rapidly and will soon crash because it is overweight; therefore one of us has to die. We had 10 minutes time to decide who. As far as I understand this exercise should give insight about the values.
The women who was conducting the interview seemed to be bored about the debate and left the room for 5 minutes. All she wanted to know was if we came to an agreement. We didn't. Her response was, how do we want to cope with our day to day workload if are unable to make decisions. Needles to say I did not get the job.
At the end of the interview the HR person showed us the big sales team office. You could literally feel the tension and the pressure in this room. People did not look motivated or
happy.
After reading the reviews on Glassdoor I was very happy that I was not invited to the second interview. It was obvious that the values and ethics of Ink are not very high and that it will not be a place to work where you get up full of energy in the morning and look forward to go to work.
