Had to go to many networking sessions including the ones they held on campus. Once I networked enough, my name was recognized during resume screening. All questions are behavioral and standard -- how do you work in a team, was there a time when you guys didn't get along, how do you motivate people. 2nd rounds are also behavioral, but much more relaxed.
One on campus interview and one office visit. Most questions are behavior, basically its just go over your resume, then followed by three or four behavior questions. Lastly, ask questions to the interviewer.

The interviewer asked me about the part of my former internship that I did not like, or was out of my comfort zone. Its a little bit tricky because I need to talk about my weaknesses, in the mean while such weaknesses would not affect the job I apply.

Interview
I interviewed to be a summer intern in their tax function in their San Francisco Office. The interview was at my university's career center and it was quite straight forward. there typical behavioral questions as well asking you to elaborate on a certain portions of your resume. If you get there early, you have your own greeter who is there to answer any last minute questions.
