first round - HR general questions, why i am, what i am looking for, when camn i start second round - Manager, sales and marketing questions, how to sell and market, how do i promote, how to convince a customer final round - From HR,asking for reference,and proofs from my previous employment and education and that i got a call back saying that i am selected and they offered me job and i accepted

Not hired thru Glass Door. I was called for interview thru employee referral scheme. The interrview process gone thru @ 3 steps. i.e. HR manager, Commercial Manager & Plant Head
