The Process was good with first Apti followed by Technical. Over all the process was well organised .

The initial application was through a consultant and interview arranged for video conference. The interview is very discrete and very specific to the role under review. The culture of the interviewing organisation was not very conducive as the questioning was like a discussion you would generally have in a college interview.
