I applied in-person. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Massage Envy
Interview
After 2 months of interviews with every possible person including the franchise owner, several compensation negotiations, I was not even given the courtesy of a call to say they were unable to come to an agreement. Beware of the compensation package, health insurance not that great and vacation is only 5 days per year. I can understand why they have difficulty getting quality people and therapists to come work for them. Need to have core values and have all team members adhere to them. Could be an awesome company to work for.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Houston, TX) in Dec 2016
Interview
Very detailed and organized during interviews that I asked. Able to answer all questions I asked. Did a walk through of the facility. Explained memberships and add ons that will increase your salary.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Long Beach, CA) in Dec 2016
Interview
waited for over 30 mins for the owner to even show up.
But the interview process was very easy, didn't really ask many interviewing questions just asked me to memorize a script and read it back to them. People kept coming in and out of the room which was very distracting and having their own conversations.
