I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Phoenix, AZ) in Feb 2013
Interview
Phone screen, personality tests, longer phone interview and background check. Mostly on the phone and it took quite awhile for the interviewer to call me back in between tests. Whole process took about 30 days from first interview to getting hired,
phone interview. asked sales experience. and personality traits. in person interview expanded on resume and then of course wanted to see how you carried yourself, what you looked like etc. third interview had to memorize a script that they had given to you before you left your second interview and present to manager.

Question 1
What do you think of when you think of sales person?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Easley, SC) in Mar 2015
Interview
The initial interview was a group interview. It was a very odd situation. An assistant manager from another location sat in and asked questions of us as a group, while the owner "hid" in the adjacent room and listened. I understand that they were looking for strong communication and participation, but the group setting was off-putting, especially with the owner leering in the background.
I was invited to a second interview. During this interview I was required to learn a script and would be expected to interact with the interviewer as in a customer/employee situation. I turned down the second interview because the interview process was very bizarre and the compensation they offered was laughable ($8.00). I am a professional manager, auditor, and accountant. This was strictly an entry level position. If I had known of these issues, I would not have wasted their nor my time with it.

Question 1
Typical, unimaginative questions... Where do you see yourself in five years? What have you done to excel at customer service? How will your background help you succeed with us?
