Massage Envy interview questions

Interview was OK, but interviewer was overwhelmed and distracted. It was pretty straight forward as far as questioning. But some things that may have been considered confidential were shared by interviewer in regards to some changes being made within the company. Because of distractions and seemingly disorganization, I felt a bit rushed.

I had a phone interview with a woman who stated she was the General Manager. She said that the company was actively looking for an Assistant Manager for several of their locations. She went on to tell me about the position which entailed talking up their yearly program to clients. The position for an ASM is salaried full time with a minimum of 45 hours worked with a pay cap of $30000.00 a year.
