HR Informed on the schedule One week ahead Position i had applied on Microsoft Careers portal 5 rounds are scheduled All rounds of interview are unique Everyone has their own agenda and discussion items Most of the time its all about my resume and my experience 2 rounds of interview is focused on complete Technical questions with architecture white boarding One round of interview is focused on future state and technologies One round of interview is focused on team work, challenges and how i can help others

They first did the phone interview, this was more about technical knowledge talk about yourself and experience. After I mention I knew a certein technology i was asked to describe it. I passed the phone screening and then into the onsite. Onsite was progresibly challenging. All of the interviewrs where quite nice expect for the last one i guess we where both tired
