Microsoft Service Engineer interview questions

Generally you would expect to have 3 interviews. The first interview is technical (the interviewer will ask questions about computer sience and implementing functions on a white paper) . The seconds is with the director development, later with the HR.

The process was very clean and to the point. At no time did I feel "up in the air" about my status. Had a quick call with a recruiter and discussed the typical HR questions. Then had a web interview via skype where I did some coding examples as well. Next was an on-site interview. This interview was a full day meeting with about 5 different people.
