First, the interviewer ask to self-introduction. Then they will ask you about your experience and your personality. Finally, they asked the technical questions. The experience is good and friendly. They are focus on the diversity of Microsoft.

3 Interviews : 1 with Microsoft RH Recruiter (45 minutes), 1 with Technical Recruiter (1 hour) and 1 with Manager Recruiter (1 hour).
