The interview process was quite long. I think it took more than a month. All interviewers were really professional and very open to get to know me.
I remember I had at least 3 interviews or more( it was a long time ago) and a group interview as well.

Have you ever had a conflict with one of your peers and how did you handle it?
Very fun, and thorough process. I felt challenged but calm during the process. I had a group interview as well as a cell phone interview, the group one was quite difficult but overall it was okay.

Friendly and guided process (not as good as Google, but so far better than IBM, Oracle, Cisco).
First or second approach ir more about expectations and technical evaluation.
