There were 12 people on the call and it was with the camera on. It was a rapid fire with 12 questions and final few will be in another language (if job description asked for language fluency)
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Palladium (Nova Deli) in Dec 2021
Interview
Their HR reached out saying they're interested in my profile for some giving vacancies - can we speak. I said yes, never heard back. Some weeks later saw a few vacancies published publically. I put in my application for the one i was most interested in. Immediately got a callback saying if i can apply to the another role. I explained it didn't match my interest or expertise. Kept nudging.. Said the role i had applied for was for someone with 15 years of work exp although this was not mentioned in the job advert. They tried to play off the junior role was something better than it was. Said I'll think about it. They contacted me again after some weeks asking if I'd changed my mind. I said no. I asked if my application for the other role was being considered - said yes it was, the team was on leave hence the delay. Cut to months later, never heard back not even the generic application rejection mail. I contacted the HR recently, again, radio silence. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour - will never consider this organisation again given how shady they seem. It's also quite clear the online job publishing was just for tick box transparency. They already have candidates in mind. Palladium does not seem to live up to their stated values.
