Interview
First, I was contacted for a phone screening by human resources, normally an associate for a phone screening. Seems they just had the job description in front of them and asked generic questions. This was then followed by a three-person panel interview with the team recruiting for the position, and normally the team you'll be working with. After that, the HR person reached out with the offer.

Interview
First interview was fairly standard. The interviewer discussed education, relevant experience, and skills, interest in the role, and fit for the role. They also spent time explaining the responsibilities, team structure and a brief overview of the day-to-day.
They do not offer H1B visas for this role.
