Question 1
Q) Why choose this organization? Q) Experience/skills?
It was good. They interviewed me, and I answered questions. Then I asked them questions and they answered them. It was a good process. I think the fact that they asked questions and allowed me to answer was good.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Palladium
Interview
The Interview process took about a month. Minimal communication between candidate and HR. There was a phone screening and then a first round of interviews. At the initial screening, the recruiter mentioned only one round of panel interviews. After the Panel interview, the recruiter mentioned being in touch for a second interview with the team. The second interview felt like a meet and greet and way less formal. Asked me for a salary range, I gave it, they said the base salary was higher than the number I gave, they ended up with an initial offer LOWER than my base salary (and this was after an equity study). That part was a little frustrating so I ended up getting their original base salary.
