Interview
Overall an okay interview process with a screening interview, panel interview with a current analyst and a manager, and then a final interview with the team manager but got completely ghosted after the final stage, at that point every candidate should deserve a response even if it’s rejection

Question 1
Why Palladium? Why are you interested in international development? How would you rate your Excel skills?
Good; there were lots of questions directly in line with the job description, along with a couple of complex case study questions that I personally found difficult. Went on for about 40 minutes approximately.
