Palladium interview questions

The hiring process was very long and time consuming, 3 months in total. Several interviews, case study and online tests. I had to wait almost a month after the final interview to get the final feedback.

The interview was over the phone and was a screening interview. The questions were fairly basic and clearly from a script, which is fine for a screening, first-round interview. My issue was that the interviewer didn't know any details about the position and what type of project it would be serving, what team it would sit with and any background on it.
