Interview
1 hour long, 8 personal panel. First introductions of panel, then questions to the interviewee, and finally 15 minutes reserved for interviewee to ask questions to panel. Their introductions were interesting as they each started out by telling me the worth of the account they were handling. They informed me they would make a decision by the end of the week and I would hear back from them without fail the following Monday on whether or not I got the job. I received no email from them, and on Tuesday sent an email to all 8 panelists following up. It has been a month and no one has followed up with me.

Interview
I applied for a position online. Later that day, someone from HR contacts me about setting up a phone screen for the next day. I get all set up for that phone screen at the specified time, but nobody ends up calling me. I then proceeded to email HR about the interviewer not calling me at the specified time, but they did not respond either. My takeaway is that this company is extremely unprofessional and I would not want to be a part of that.

Interview
Scheduling the interview was very quick and organized with the hiring manager, she managed to schedule four interviews for me. In the initial screening call, I was told there was a hiring freeze, but then proceeded to another round of screening a week later. This call was about a position I did not initially apply for (and was not notified about), but was still interested in, so answered a few personal questions about past experiences and my interest in the company. She recommended me for the next round of interviews.
The next two rounds of interviews were scheduled back to back on the same day. First with the project manager and next with the director. Asked situational questions during these interviews, and told I would hear back in the next few days. I emailed many follow-ups, and never heard back from anyone who interviewed me or the hiring manager. Very unmotivated to continue reaching out as they do not have the decency to notify me of the status of my candidacy for the position even over a month later.
