I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pearson (Santa Maria, CA) in May 2018
Interview
I received an email from the hiring manager at the main company headquarters with a request for a phone interview. The phone interview went like a regular in-person interview with the typical scenario-type questions being asked. After about maybe 15 minutes tops I was then offered a physical interview with the manager of my local testing center. I was asked very similar questions to the ones during the phone interview. I was told I would hear back a week after that second interview. The entire process was mostly laidback I would say.

Interview
Easy Breezy...Not difficult. Felt the interview went well. They seem to be very accommodating. You have to be certified for the job. Waiting for a call after 1 week. I will accept if a job is offered.Thinking positive about experience.

Interview
I was scheduled for a phone interview. The phone interview was easy, basic questions. Only two days later got asked to do an in person interview with the manager of the test center. I was interviewed by her and one other lady who works there. They were very friendly. They told me a lot about the company and the position itself and what would be expected of me. They asked several typical interview questions and just about me. I got hired only an hour after my interview.
