Penguin Random House interview questions

The interview was thorough and the people were very friendly. The questions were very scripted and it seemed like they wanted very formulated answers for everything. Overall it was fine, but nothing revolutionary. I had time to ask questions and discuss other points etc, so not too restrictive

Process involved two interviews. First was a virtual HireVue interview where you record yourself answering some basic interview questions. A week after the deadline for this, I was invited to a second interview with two managers. A mix of standard interview questions about current role and CV, and some 'Tell me about a time' questions. Interviewers were friendly and was quite conversational. Was unsuccessful and promised interview feedback but this was never given.
