It was pretty straightforward and quick. I had two phone interviews, and then one in-person interview. I accepted the offer pretty soon after. The hiring managers were nice and I felt comfortable during each meeting.
Pretty quick process. I spoke with an editor who told me about their experience in the industry and asked about my experience reading and reviewing literature from my internship. The conversation was about 45 minutes and they gave me some great advice.

Three interviews: one with an HR employee and two with the senior publicists that needed the assistant. Very easy and straight forward questions. It felt like they were looking for the right personality fit rather than actual experience.
