Interview
I applied for the Marketing Executive role at Transworld, working on the crime lists online. I was invited for a video interview which was one of the worst experiences, as there is nobody to bounce off. I managed to get through to the first physical interview which was in their offices in Ealing.
The physical interview was fine in itself, however I was interviewed by 2 managers for 2 Executive positions, which made it complicated after they each said what they were looking for, so it was hard to tailor answers. I attempted to stick to the job description I'd applied for as much as possible. I did feel as though the job description was very lacking, as when I dug deeper and, based on their questions, I figured out that the experience they wanted was quite specific, and some of it wasn't listed in the initial description, making it difficult to prepare.

Interview
Phone interview with a recruiter/HR Associate in the first round. A few weeks later interviewed with an HR associate and then the department supervisor on the same day. It was a smooth interview. The HR Associate asked generic questions related to fit and interest while the supervisor was more specific about job duties and explained the position in more detail.

Interview
A recruiter called me on the phone and asked me to go over my experience. Then I scheduled an interview in person and went in and met the team. The in person interview was kind of the same as the phone one.
