I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Frankfurt am Main)
Interview
The interview consisted of one hour of presentation on my previous scientific work and a separate interview with the hiring manager. The presentation was attended by two managers, one senior technologist and one researcher. The attendees seemed to be genuinely interested and asked many questions.
In the interview the hiring manager went briefly through my background, bulk of the time was used on behavioral questions where I had to give examples on how I dealt with certain situations in my previous jobs. Finally there was a small technical case study where the manager wanted to see how I approach a specific problem.
