Interview
1) Online assesment;
2) Onsite assesment;
3) 3 onsite 1 to 1 interview with 2 HR manager and production manager
Average Interview, mostly behavioral and very focused on your skills and aptidute.
All the 3 managers were very friendly and kind with me. They make me feel confortable because this is the company mindset!

Describe yourself focusing on your achievement.
Tell me a time when you handled a difficult situation and how did you overcome.
Why do you want to work in P&G.
Would be a problem have 12 hours shifts.
Which is the P&G's core value you like the most.
Why did you choose to study engineering.
3 phases: Initial internet based questionnaire mostly about behaviors, then if you are successful you are usually invited to one of P&G facility depending on the role you are applying for (can be anything from plant, DCs, Head Office..) for another numerical and analytical questionnaire (around 1hr). Finally, if you are above the required score, you have another two interviews with two people each asking questions. Usually these set of questions are quite similar and make sure to cover your experience. So be ready to have everything on your resume in mind and that you can smoothly pick up specific example to show them how good you are.
