I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
After first online interview, there’s a final panel in person interview on site along with a tour. It was nice to see what your job might look like and people will show you around the work environment so you are more familiar.

Question 1
What would you do if you want to implement a change, but people are opposing the change.
I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Nov 2024
Interview
I passed all assessments in all levels. But then they rejected it because of assessment. Don't waste your time for applaying that company! If they don't have time to assess you skills - they will not have time for their employers...
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Spittal an der Drau, Carinthia) in Aug 2024
Interview
Online Assessment + 3 rounds of interviews in one week.
A HUGE waste of time, since the questions in the interviews are repeating, so you sit there for three hours in total, answering the same questions all over again.
Together with online assessment I invested more than 5 hours into this interview process, only to receive a standardized rejection email. When I asked for a feedback they GHOSTED me (but keep talking how personal development is important to them!)
Employees gave a bit of a brain-washed, overly obsessed with the company vibe
