2 rounds, The first round was a short phone interview with general questions. The second round was with 2 hiring managers. Mostly behavior questions like why you are a good candidate to hire.
Applied online, got an email for a remote interview. I was interviewing 1-on-1 with the brand manager, asking for my general understanding of the job, and sharing how it would be like to work at a bank.

Asked me how I would handle a difficult situation, where there is a lot of waiting customers at different channels (phone, in-line customer, and waiting customers)
Made the connection via a recruitment event on campus and then attended an interview at the local RBC branch. The interview was of medium difficulty but I wasn't expecting some of the questions they asked me.
