Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. tell me about yourself to everyone. what languages you speak, your education background and work experience. about like 30 sec
2. apply to you to a manager with one or two or three candidates. it could possible by yourself.. i think it depends on the number of people. you could be the only one in the group or with 2 other candidates- sell a ramdon product which will be provided in a picture. the scenario will be one of the manager want to prepare something for christma. you can be very creative about the product based on the picture you see. - about 3 mins with your partners pitching the product
3. role play- a manager will give out an scenario to you mostly regarding customer service. for example: a client complaint about waiting too long in the line. or a couple come to ask to prepare for their newborn education plan. the manager will give out an example first!
you won't need to get professioanl about the product. my personal view is they are trying to see the way you deal with customer
4. you can ask questions in the end of interview but not mandotry.
they said they will giveyou feedback in 10 business days.
