I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceNow
Interview
Easy questions, nice people on the team (except they weren't always paying attention), but the recruiter lied MULTIPLE times about pay, location, expectations, etc. He wouldn't stop messaging me to accept the offer. When I rejected the offer he was completely rude about it.

Question 1
What are your passions?
What skills do you have related to the role?
Can you move?
Can you do in-person work?
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Hyderābād) in Feb 2022
Interview
The HR called me to schedule the interview.
There were 2 rounds, consisting of manual testing and java coding, both easy.
The HR however doesn’t respond when you follow up for feedback, which is common in lot of mncs but I wasn’t expecting that from servicenow.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceNow in Dec 2021
Interview
I first had an interview with HR.
Then she organized a zoom call with 2 of the team members.
The first part of the interview was about me presenting myself with the given questions.
The second part of the interview was a roleplay, in which the team members acted as customers and I presented them a pre-defined monthly report. They challenged me with their questions and checked my responses.
Eventually, we had a Q&A session.
In general, the interviewing was pleasant and fun but I really didn't like the way I got the negative response as it was super general, and did not give me actual feedback on what I was missing or needed to improve. For such a specific job definition, I would expect more specific feedback for rejection as the interview felt quite positive to me.
