ServiceNow interview questions

The HR called me to schedule the interview. There were 2 rounds, consisting of manual testing and java coding, both easy. The HR however doesn’t respond when you follow up for feedback, which is common in lot of mncs but I wasn’t expecting that from servicenow.

I first had an interview with HR. Then she organized a zoom call with 2 of the team members. The first part of the interview was about me presenting myself with the given questions. The second part of the interview was a roleplay, in which the team members acted as customers and I presented them a pre-defined monthly report. They challenged me with their questions and checked my responses. Eventually, we had a Q&A session. In general, the interviewing was pleasant and fun but I really didn't like the way I got the negative response as it was super general, and did not give me actual feedback on what I was missing or needed to improve. For such a specific job definition, I would expect more specific feedback for rejection as the interview felt quite positive to me.
