I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ServiceNow
Interview
Recruiter emailed once a month to check in and make sure our interests still aligned. After 2 months of emails, finally got an interview. The interview was basically an informal conversation and barely asked questions about my experience, capabilities, etc.
Was immediately rejected and no response to any of my thank you emails. Awful experience. No regard for the interviewee’s time

Multiple loopbacks with HR and push to panel with leadership team before finishing peer review. Unclear process regarding job description and role vetting. Would hesitate to interview again.

Interview
After submitting my resume on their website, I received a call from an HR lady to do a quick phone screen interview. After that she passed me on to the Sales Manager for that team to do an hour long Zoom interview.
Then came a 4-part interview, each a half hour long, with members of the Sales Engineer team and management along with the Sales Manager again.
After this they gave me a verbal and then written offer.
