ServiceNow interview questions

Interview with team leader and manager. I would this company have one of the worse interview proceed. After interview they don’t even bother to provide any feedback if the interview was successful or not. What a joke.

The initial telephonic interview was taken by a US manager. It went really well. Later I was called for an in-house written test and interviews. 2 rounds went well. The other interviewer seemed very confused about my profile, did not know where I currently worked. And the product manager round was also the same, I wasn't asked any writer related questions in this round and the interviewer read my profile while taking the interview. Few days later I was informed they are considering someone else. I did not understand how I not matched their job description. I knew many more tools than they are currently authoring. I also strongly feel the interviewers must read the resumes before taking the interview.
