Received a call from Senior Financial analyst after one month of application, maybe due to holiday season delay.
Didn't feel much enthusiastic, introduce the position right after the phone is connected without "Talking about yourself" question, then asked behavioral type of questions.

I would this company have one of the worse interview proceed. After interview they don’t even bother to provide any feedback if the interview was successful or not. What a joke.

The initial telephonic interview was taken by a US manager. It went really well. Later I was called for an in-house written test and interviews. 2 rounds went well. The other interviewer seemed very confused about my profile, did not know where I currently worked. And the product manager round was also the same, I wasn't asked any writer related questions in this round and the interviewer read my profile while taking the interview. Few days later I was informed they are considering someone else. I did not understand how I not matched their job description. I knew many more tools than they are currently authoring. I also strongly feel the interviewers must read the resumes before taking the interview.
