Interview
After applying online I had an interview within a week.
The first stage was a 2hr test, 1st hour was a programming test but just writing Sudo code. The Second Hour was a programming game online where you needed to set instructions for an arrow to pass a certain path.
After that they checked the results and decided who would move onto the next round.
The next round was a one-on-one interview with a team leader where he asked about a project I was working on and to explain it in detail. Then asked me to plan the architecture of another program.
The final interview was with the ceo, where he asked about a previous project that i had done, asked me questions about optimizing it etc. And followed by a algorithm question

Interview
Very odd interview process. Met a recruiter at a campus event who asked me if I play sports, because they like to hire competitive athletes....Weird. Sent in my resume and received an email to set up a phone interview with a different recruiter. Spoke with her and was told I was a great candidate but that they need to hire right now (I had graduation approaching) and to follow up. Followed up a few weeks before graduation and she said they still needed to hire "right now." I let her know I am looking for immediate work and she calls me saying that new employees cannot even have "one day off or else it hinders their training." Hangs up and sent a rejection email saying my skills aren't a close fit. She seemed unprofessional and difficult to reach. Read Glassdoor reviews and the experience seems to fit the company as a whole.
