I applied online. I interviewed at ServiceNow (San Jose, CA) in Dec 2016
Interview
Three rounds
First behavioral, Second technical and third was a combination of the two.
The interviewers were quite friendly. They take all the pressure off you before the start of the interview. They listen patiently until you finish your answers(Trust me - That does not happen everywhere.)
The first interview happened in November 3rd week and had to wait till December first week for the next rounds. The next rounds were scheduled in quick succession.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Hyderābād) in Jun 2016
Interview
Had three interviews totally. Two on-site interviews with about a week's time in between. The last interview was after almost a month. All were technical interviews with the Team Manager. Received an easy assignment after the first interview. Focus was on Algorithms, Data structures, Mathematics questions, Software Design. They were testing JavaScript knowledge all along the way. I was asked too implement the parseFloat method of JS, and design some real-world entities using inheritance, prototypes etc.

Question 1
How would you scale up your previous project and add (tricky) X, Y, Z features?
I applied online. I interviewed at ServiceNow (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
I applied through LinkedIn and got a call for technical phone interview. I really enjoyed the interview! the interviewer kept guiding me and redirecting me whenever I was approaching wrong direction solving problem but, he went very deep as to how that particular collection is implemented. After that I didn't hear anything from them and I approached all three people 2 recruiters who arranged the screening and the person who took my interview, none of them bother to respond me back. Even if the position is on hold or I am not selected they could at least say so. This is unprofessional behavior after preparing so hard for the interview and going through the process. Below, I wish Glassdoor has an option for on hold or no response for an interview. I cant say that I am selected/rejected
