Interview
Entire recruitment process took about a month. After initially applying in August I received an email with links to do a typing test and to do a mock customer interaction via email. After completing that step, I was invited to participate in a life story interview with the head of HR. Interview was conducted through Google Meet and it was about 45 minutes long. The first 30 minutes of the interview were dedicated to me talking about my work experience and how I would be a great fit for the role. Then the remaining 15 minutes of the interview were for questions I had for the interviewer. Received an email the next day stating that they won't be going forward with my application. Overall I would say the process was quite lengthy.

The process as a whole can take some time to move through the stages, but we aim to be as thorough as possible while working through a large number of candidates. The process in the lead-up to the interview is intended to get potential candidates familiar with the type of questions they may get on a daily basis in the Support Advisor role. Following that, the Life Story session gives us a chance to chat with you, person to person.
