Shopify Human Resources interview questions

I was contacted by someone on the talent acquisition team. We booked a telephone interview and ended up talking briefly. The phone call itself was a bit unusual - it was almost trying too hard to be a casual conversation. They explained the company's expansion plans and the different teams responsible for employees. I decided the role wasn't for me but it was interesting to learn more about Shopify, their structure and their growth plans.
