Shopify Support Advisor interview questions

Lengthy and personal; naturally called a "Life Story" Interview. The interviewer wants to hear about the challenges you've encountered in your life so far, and how you surmount them, your decision making-skills, perseverance, etc.

The interview process was very straightforward, the interviewer had a laid-back approach. Asked about my experience, and we talked like we were buddies. I had interviewed for the role before and didn't get it, but this time felt like the right time.
