Shopify Support Advisor interview questions

Quite tough. Must practice with the software before hand. Technical interview includes taking two chats at once. And then one phonecall after. Preparation is key for the technical interview. The other interviews are important too as they gauge whether you fit the philosophy of the company which is to be open to feedback, development and be confident in your ability to find answers rather than knowing it all.

Impressed! I got the impression that Shopify hires based on your potential and personality. They have a 'Don't be an a hole' policy, and after having spent some time in this company, I believe it! I can see that they are in a way, weeding out the 'a hole'.
