I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at SnackNation (Culver City, CA) in Jul 2017
Interview
This was definitely one of the most positive, open, and honest interview processes I've ever had at a company. Every person I spoke to (Ray, Andrea, Brendan, Chelsie) embodied the culture that is plastered all over their website and videos. It was very apparent that they all respect each other and the company very sincerely and it was really refreshing to be part of.
They placed a really high emphasis on culture fit all throughout the interview process, and moved everything along quickly. The in-person interview was with Chelsie and Andrea and evolved into a more personal/casual conversation. They asked a lot of questions around management style, and the tangible results I've achieved in prior roles.
Unfortunately the timing was off for me at the time so I withdrew from the process, but getting the opportunity to interview for a company that values everything that I value personally was a really positive experience and it seems like an amazing company to work for.

Question 1
How would you deal with someone abusing the PTO policy?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at SnackNation (Culver City, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
The interview process at SnackNation is very expedient and straightforward. They did a great job at scheduling interviews quickly, and were very honest and up-front about the role, the company, benefits, and the interview process.
Process consisted of 2 phone interviews (one with head of talent acquisition and one with manager of the department), 2 in-person interviews (one with manager and the VP of the department, one with the COO/President), and an online personality and skills test.
It was very obvious from everyone I talked with that culture is king at SnackNation, so hopefully the company culture is important to you, too. If it's not, it probably won't be a good fit.

Question 1
Why SnackNation? What will you contribute to SnackNation, and how could we contribute to your development?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at SnackNation (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Had an initial conversation with a recruiter, second interview was right into a role play. Make sure you do your research here. Know how much alternatives cost, such as going to Costco, are in comparison to Snacknation. This was one of the more difficult role plays I've had. They definitely don't give you the layup, or even the 15 foot jumper. While health and cost seemed to be the key selling points on the company website, make sure to be aware of the variety that is available. I'm not really sure how that's a selling point considering you can get variety absolutely anywhere you get snacks, but they were huge on this in the role play.
