I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SnackNation (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
Applied online. Invited to group interview. Lasted a few hours with most questions revolving around personality rather than qualifications or skill sets. Felt like a Psychiatric session. Weird, cult vibe. They asked to bring in four resumes and only needed one from each person. Seems like a waste of paper (resume paper can be expensive). They want you to fit their personality mold rather than ability to sell and turn a profit.

Interview
The interview process is very intense, with a group interview to start off. Many people are not selected and you have to prove yourself during it. It's a great company and I couldn't be happier accepting the offer. Be yourself and BE PREPARED! Read the articles written by the VP and make sure you know about the company. Read up on sales interviews (especially selling the pen question that is so famous)

Interview
The process was about a week and a half. The HR team is very quick with results and makes the process very efficient. I went in for a group interview. The next day, I had an interview with the SDR Managers. A few days later, I met with the VP of Sales and President. Within the hour after the interview, I received a job offer.
