Spectrum Call Center Representative interview questions

The interview was easy. He asked me five questions and it was mainly about how well you handle stress. I got the job immediately after. The pay is pretty good. The only thing I'm worried about is how fast they hired me. Usually places like that mean trouble .

Come in en mass, sit down in lobby, wait for your name to be called, then sit with a senior salesman and prove your abilities to sell products with basic old school marketing techniques, basically if he likes you, you pass but if god forbid you are not his “type” you’re told no thank you, extremely biased and use of intimidation tactics.
