Spectrum Call Center Representative interview questions

Unorganized, i waited an hour before my interview. The CEO and upper management did not speak English very well. The schedule is unstable. Very unprofessional, I recommend finding a better job.

you have to take a test first to be able to get a call back. Asked if I would be able to start the training for a specific date . They didn't like the answer and they processed with another candidate that can fulfill that date.
