Spectrum Inside Sales Representative interview questions

3 part interview process.. first recruitment, then manager, and then another manager, asked many role-play scenarios. asked many questions about the job requirements. Asked many questions of experience. role play seemed to matter the most based on old job experiences

The interview process was HORRIBLE. I didn't like that they took over a week to tell me that I didn't get the job. All I had was a customer service background. They wanted me to give them my best "sales pitch"....I tried but obviously failed. They shouldn't have called me in to interview based on my resume if my resume CLEARLY had nothing except CUSTOMER SERVICE experience! A waste of my time and effort.
