Spectrum Inside Sales Representative interview questions

First there was a phone interview, and that was followed up with an in person interview. The phone interview was just basic questions. The face to face interview was mostly asking about my knowledge of the company. Who is the CEO? He also told me at the end of the interview, they expect candidates to know about the CEO and their mission statement before coming to an interview.

The interview process was pretty intense. I was interviewed by two people of management. They took turns asking me ;questions ;about my resume specifically previous sales experience. Also, asked typically interview questions such as long term goals and how would I benefit from the company, and vice versa. Also, was asked to do a mock presentation of a sales pitch.
