Spectrum interview questions

First I was contacted by a recruiter. I had a 30-minute telephone screen with him. He scheduled me for a face-to-face interview with a supervisor and a team lead. That lasted about 30 minutes. I was called and offered the job about three days later.

Charter has 5 different levels of steps in the interview process - 1) HR screening 2) Self recoded video screening 3) First level 4) Panel interview 5) Final discussion Although some positions may not have all the rounds mentioned here. HR will walk through all the steps involved.
