I was contacted by a recruiter who asked some preliminary questions. Was then invited for an in-person interview. I interviewed with two managers who were friendly and it was a conversation-style interview. They seemed more focused on soft skills and personality than asking tricky technical questions.

One phone behavioral interview and then an interview with the hiring manager. Basic behavioral questions for the first one and no situational or other questions from the hiring manager. Basically just "tell me about yourself/this experience on your resume". Very informal and didn't get back to me for weeks.
