I applied online. I interviewed at Spectrum (Orlando, FL) in Jul 2021
Interview
I applied online, and within a few hours got an email to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview, a video meeting was scheduled (they only schedule those on Wednesdays). The video interview went fine, and they offered me a job shortly after (a few days). I didn't accept the offer after I realized what I was getting into if I worked for Spectrum. I had read ALL of the employee reviews on Glassdoor/Indeed, and most of them were bad and scary. The fact that the recruiter was over 15 minutes late and was shouting at me during the phone interview and for no apparent reasons, sent chills down my spine (first warning). I don't think he was into it, and I felt like he didn't want to be there and was just going through the motions. I read that Spectrum management treats their Customer Service Reps at the Call Centers very poorly, and are always yelling at them, which confirmed what I had read from former employees, since I got yelled at for no apparent reasons on my first phone interview. I just decided to decline the offer, if only for my sanity and well being. There are other companies out there who treat their employees better. I will keep looking.
